I was the queen of procrastination who demanded instant gratification. I was an expert on dieting, the Yo-Yo diet...binge, deny, and repeat until my metabolism was completely screwed up. The before picture shows me at my heaviest, approximately around 365 lbs. I was too embarrassed to have my pictures taken with my 3 kids; now I am here exposing myself in my enormity...because I knew I was never going to be this size again ...EVER!

What was my secret: I didn't start Monday...I started immediately. I didn't allow myself that last binge that would put on an additional 10 lbs. I stopped starving myself, punishing myself, and or rewarding myself with food.. I ate to live, not lived to eat.I got myself moving. I surrounded myself with like minded people who inspired me.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Nancy Campbell. I am a wife and mother of 3, and grandmother of one. I'm 48 years old and can proudly say that I'm in the best shape of my life. If I knew then what I know now, my weight loss journey would have been much easier, faster, cheaper, and definitely more enjoyable. I hope that my journey will help you with yours. My goal is to inspire, motivate, guide and navigate my clients through their journey on becoming the best that they can be. If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you!
